There are several rooms available for use at both of our centres – one on Holderness Road, and the other on Beverley Road in Hull
These range from large training rooms to smaller counselling rooms.
In addition to the main rooms we have kitchen facilities and toilets at both sites.
Holderness Road centre – 861 Holderness Road, Hull, HU8 9BA
Large Training Room – Room 1 ground floor
It is suitable for small conferences or large training groups with group rooms being used as breakout space. There is a projector and screen for use with Powerpoint or interactive tablet.
There are kitchen facilities for drinks and heating up food. Catering can be booked in advance.
Although we primarily use this room for training on a weekend and selected Thursdays/Fridays, it is available to book for therapy work with small groups or 1-to-1 for those with accessibility issues. This is the only therapy space on the ground floor.

Johnson Room – Ground floor




This is a group room on the ground floor which can be hired for four-hour slots. Ideal for delivering training or group therapy. This room can also be booked for individual therapy sessions for those with accessibility needs. This room can sit up to 8 people.
Beaumont Room – First floor – children and young people’s therapy room




The Beaumont room is on the first floor and is available as a children’s therapy space. As well as sofas and chairs, there are also play resources such as soft toys and sand trays.
Ferens Room – First floor




The Ferens Room is the largest general therapy room at our Beverley Road centre and it can sit four people. There is a hard-wired internet access point as well as good proximity to the WiFi network.
Holtby Room – First floor




The Holtby room is suitable for therapy work for up to three people
The Pickering Room – First floor




The Pickering room is on the first floor and is suitable for up to three people
The Wilberforce room – First floor




The Wilberforce room is suitable for two people and is a good choice for those with accessibility needs as it’s the nearest room to the lift. There is good connectivity to the WiFi network too!
