CPD and Workshop Listings
Our 2026 CPD programme is designed directly from what our members told us in the ECPT learning community survey.
Our community asked for:
- More expert-led training
- Flexible, affordable access to CPD
- Topics that reflect emerging realities in clinical practice
We’ve responded with a new structure:
- 4 x in-person, expert-led workshops in Hull and Newcastle
- TA101s in Hull, Newcastle and Online
- 6 x online “Deep Dives” — focused 3-hour sessions every two months
- 2 x ‘Engage’ sessions in Hull and Newcastle
Our Deep Dive series commenced in February with Rajan Rai and his powerful session, ‘When Therapist and Client are Culturally Different.’ The workshop had over 30 attendees and received incredible feedback. Those who missed it, and those wanting to deepen their learning in this area will be pleased to know that the follow-up, in-person event, is due to take place on Saturday June 20th, in Hull. ‘In-Person: When Therapist & Client are Culturally Different’.
Our second Deep Dive session on the 22nd April, is with the acclaimed trainer and author, Dr Christine Dunkley ‘Emotion Regulation – What it is and how do you use it in a Therapy Session‘. This session promises to be equally well attended as tickets are flying off the shelf. Follow the link for more details.
