Ellesmere Centre Room Booking System
The system is set to go live in December so current users should continue to book rooms using the current system.
If you click on the button you will be taken to the room booking site. If you are one of our regular users and would like to take a look around the new system to get a feel for it you should contact Mike using the contact form on the home page.
Instructions for booking rooms.
Click on the above link or go to to www.ellesmererooms.co.uk to login using the password given to you by admin.
- Click in the date area on the top blue bar where it says ‘goto’.
- Select the date.
- Choose from upstairs or downstairs (in red on the left)
- As you move the curser onto the grid it highlights pink. Move to the room and time that you want the booking to start and click in the highlighted box.
- Enter the details on the form.
- When you have completed the details of the booking click on save at the bottom.
- When a booking is saved an email is sent to admin@ellesmerecentre confirming the booking. The email shows the time and date of the booking and when it was made.
- If you wish to cancel a booking that you have made simply ‘goto’ the date of the booking and click in the green box representing the booking. Below the booking there is an option to ‘Delete entry’. Click on this to remove the booking.
As with bookings admin@ellesmerecemtre will be notified of any cancellations and the date and time the cancellation was made.
