We are excited to announce that we now have almost doubled our therapy room availability in Hull. With the addition of our new centre on Beverley Road, we now have a total of eleven therapy rooms, including a brand-new specialist children’s therapy room.
Our established Holderness Road centre has six therapy rooms to hire of varying sizes. Our new Beverley Road centre has four general therapy rooms for two to four people, and also a four-person children’s therapy room which is equipped with sand trays and toys for those therapists working with children and young people.
We welcome enquiries about hiring from talking therapists in the Hull and East Yorkshire area. As a mental health services training centre, our main area of expertise is psychotherapy and psychotherapeutic counselling, but our rooms are suitable for any kind of talking therapy.
The rooms are all equipped with chairs and sofas and have been kitted out for covid safety. We are proud of our rooms which are practical for therapy yet have a homely feel

Our new Beverley Road centre has four general therapy rooms to hire, and a specialist children’s therapy room. We have two kitchens for use by therapists with tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge and a microwave. We have separate toilets for male and female staff and therapists, and also an accessible toilet on the ground floor for clients.
There is free car parking for therapists and visitors to the rear and the disabled access is to the front of the building. The centre is opposite Beverley Road baths and is well served by public transport – there is a bus stop pretty much outside our gate!
We have WiFi throughout the building and some of the rooms are hard wired. You can borrow a lead from the office if you want to bring your laptop.
The centre is on a self-serve basis though there is someone around, either in the centre or on the phone, during office hours.
The therapy rooms are on the first floor. There is a lift for those with mobility issues. Our rooms are all named after heroes of Hull.
