Are you coming to us for a training day or for a therapy session? Please note that we have two sites – one on Holderness Road in Hull and one on Beverley Road in Hull. Please check which centre you need to be. Most of the training is run at Holderness Road but we do sometimes do the odd session at Beverley Road. Therapy sessions can be held at either site. If you’re not sure, please contact your therapy provider.

We are situated on Holderness High Road at the top of Ellesmere Avenue opposite Kingston Wesley Methodist Church.
We have a car park on a first-come first-served basis. On training days, please use the church car park and collect a parking pass from the noticeboard. Please avoid parking where it will impede local residents.
We have a cycle park. Please bring your own lock.
There are lots of bus services up and down Holderness Road and we have bus stops very close by. We recommend the 56 or 57 run by East Yorkshire Buses but there are many more which will go that way.

The postcode is HU5 2ST. The Beverley Road centre is pretty much opposite Beverley Road baths.
There is a car park to the rear on a first-come first-served basis. Go round the back of the Tesco, up the tenfoot, and to the very bottom. Parking is unrestricted on the nearby side streets, and up to two hours free parking on Beverley Road itself, but please check the signage.
We have a cycle park to the rear – please bring a lock.
We have bus stops very close by and there are numerous frequent services which go up Beverley Road run by both East Yorkshire Buses and Stagecoach. The 4, 6, 7, 8, 121, 122 and X46/X47 services go this route from Hull city centre.
For disabled access, please access the building from the front where there is an accessible ramp.
